In 2007, my sister and I launched YoonKids, a modern décor collection for kids. It portrays an eclectic mix of kids’ hobbies, interests, and passions. It offered a unique assortment of canvas prints, including images of girls doing fun activities like skateboarding, painting, or playing the violin as well as a series of nursery creatures and quilt-like patterned silhouettes. Via an interactive website, customers could customize hair, skin, and background colors.
